A code is live when a person on this desk can apply it at checkout or billing.

• Open the store.
• Reach pricing or billing.
• Paste the code. If the invoice drops, it stays live.
• If it errors, we retire it with the reason — not dump it as “expired.”

Exclusive means the partner issued the code to this desk. Featured means it is the offer we would use on a new account this month. Cashback and credit offers that attach to the click (no pasteable string) are labeled as credits, not fake codes.
